After operating for 4 years under a different name, Flip was established in March of 2019 in Cairo, Egypt. Flip grew and thrived and we held so many fun classes and events until Covid-19 hit us. We are currently continuing most of our classes online, with personal training and private lessons in Gymnastics available in Los Angeles, CA and Cairo, Egypt with our talented team of trainers.

Our mission is to establish a flippin' fun fitness environment to set you up for a continuous future of non-stop fun to keep you healthy, happy, confident and strong.

Flip Instructors are talented in motivating both kids and adults to challenge them to beat their next personal best record. Our instructors are reliable, friendly and experienced and we provide a safe environment in which you can grow, perform at your best, and feel accomplished without the stress of competition.
