GYMNASTICS LEVEL 1
Ages 3.5 - 4.5
Learn front and back rolls, basic jumps and build strength for handstands and cartwheels.
GYMNASTICS LEVEL 2
Ages 5 - 7
Strengthen handstand holds, cartwheels and learn front and back walkovers.
GYMNASTICS LEVEL 3
Ages 8 - 10
With increased strength and flexibilty, your child will learn front and back handsprings and round-offs.
Ages 14 - Adult
Increase your range of motion in forward and backward bending and spinal twists to progress towards splits, lotus and backbends.
Start your handstand journey learning the basics of hand balancing, other inversions and handstands.
